Madeline Murphy, 500RYT

Circular Breathwork changed Maddy’s life. About two years ago, she was gifted a breathwork session by her therapist that completely changed her life trajectory in the best way possible. After 25 years of not being able to feel her body, she was fed up. It was time to take matters into her own hands and figure out how to create a connection with herself. Breathwork did just that. After her first session, she was hooked. The breath itself showed Maddy that her biggest teacher, greatest healer, and best friend was herself.

In 2020, Maddy enrolled in a breathwork facilitation program under the direction of Sacred Breath Method. This specific lineage is a ceremonial and feminine approach to healing. In such a masculine-based world, she feels extremely passionate about this medicine as it provides the breather a safe entryway to their subconscious landscape and innermost workings. The breath itself is a conscious-connected circular breath that activates the parasympathetic nervous system through a diaphragmatic nose inhale and mouth exhale. This type of work is for people who are ready to take control of their own lives, see themselves in their humanity and face their shadows head-on.

Maddy’s facilitation allows for free-form expression and somatic safety within one’s body. Her sessions are meant to empower you to reclaim yourself as your own healer and greatest teacher. Maddy is also a 500 hour registered yoga teacher in training and prides herself on being a grounded, approachable, open-minded, and forever-evolving space holder.
