Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder

You've probably heard of PMS but you might not have heard of PMDD. Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder is marked by extreme mood shifts and emotional sensitivity preceding menses, in addition to the more common symptoms of PMS like bloating, headaches, and fatigue.

If you have noticed a pattern of physical and behavioral symptoms that happen around the time of your period that seem overwhelming or difficult to manage, you may be suffering from PMDD.

At Mile High Women's Wellness, we offer a number of evidence based treatment options for women experiencing PMDD.

Miscarriage/Perinatal Loss

Truly nothing can prepare you for the loss of a child. If you have found our Collective while looking for resources on the path to healing, we want you to know that you are not alone.

The statistics are staggering - as many as 10-15% of all pregnancies end in miscarriage, yet the language we have to talk about it is lacking and the stories we hear are still few.

You do not have to navigate this on your own. Our team of professionals across a range of disciplines can provide support as you grieve and heal.

Peri-menopause/Menopause

The changes seem endless- just as we've found our footing the next chapter feels like it begins (sometimes before we are ready).

The transition into menopause can bring hot flashes and night sweats, difficulty sleeping, and emotional changes.

There are many different treatments for the symptoms of menopause. Our Collective has the knowledge and tools to help bring more comfort to this transition.

Nutrition Counseling

Food is much more than just fuel to support physical health. Food is a source of joy, a way to connect, share and honor culture, and a means of self-discovery and growth. Confusion about nutrition recommendations, symptoms that make eating difficult, and feelings of body dissatisfaction all make it more challenging to build supportive eating habits.

Nutrition counseling through our collective is focused on exploring realistic strategies for nourishment without guilt, shame, or all-or-nothing thinking. Whether you are seeking nutrition support for pregnancy or postpartum, managing a chronic medical condition, recovering from disordered eating, or supporting your overall health, nutrition counseling will leave you feeling empowered on your health
and wellness journey.
