Mood/Anxiety Disorders

There are endless ups and downs as we navigate our emotional wellbeing as women. Some chapters tend to come with a heavier burden to bear and are more difficult to adjust to. When depression and anxiety are ongoing and impact your quality of life, it might be time to reach out for the help you deserve.

At Mile High Women's Wellness we provide support for mood and anxiety disorders across the reproductive lifespan. Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder

You've probably heard of PMS but you might not have heard of PMDD. Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder is marked by extreme mood shifts and emotional sensitivity preceding menses, in addition to the more common symptoms of PMS like bloating, headaches, and fatigue.

If you have noticed a pattern of physical and behavioral symptoms that happen around the time of your period that seem overwhelming or difficult to manage, you may be suffering from PMDD.

At Mile High Women's Wellness, we offer a number of evidence based treatment options for women experiencing PMDD.

Miscarriage/Perinatal Loss

Truly nothing can prepare you for the loss of a child. If you have found our Collective while looking for resources on the path to healing, we want you to know that you are not alone.

The statistics are staggering - as many as 10-15% of all pregnancies end in miscarriage, yet the language we have to talk about it is lacking and the stories we hear are still few.

You do not have to navigate this on your own. Our team of professionals across a range of disciplines can provide support as you grieve and heal.

Infertility & Related Treatment

Growing your family can be both a time of bliss and excitement as well as a journey filled with challenges and unknowns.

Every family's path to parenthood looks different.

If you are one of the many individuals or couples who are navigating infertility, seeking fertility assistance, or incorporating other related treatments into your family building plans- we are here to help support you before, during, and after.

Every pregnancy and postpartum experience is unique. Whether this is your first pregnancy, a pregnancy after a loss, or you've had multiple children and are expecting again, you may benefit from the support of mental health & wellness practitioners who can guide you through the highs and lows of pregnancy & childbirth.

At Mile High Women's Wellness we believe that this support should not end after baby is born. In many ways, the postpartum period deserves the most care of all. Our Collective is dedicated to providing the best care for women at every stage of the perinatal period.

Infant Feeding Support

We firmly believe that fed is best. There are many ways to nourish your newborn and our Collective offers many forms of support for mothers and families seeking help with infant feeding.

From breastfeeding to bottle feeding and the many options in between, we understand the stresses that come with navigating infant feeding. Our Collective will support and empower you to develop healthy and attainable feeding goals for you and your baby.

The transition into parenthood can leave us feeling overwhelmed by the seemingly endless choices and approaches to taking care of our children.

At the end of the day- we all want our little ones to be happy and healthy. At Mile High Women's Wellness we believe that a key ingredient to a healthy child is a present and emotionally available parent.

If adjusting to parenthood has been more challenging than you expected and you find yourself in need of more support, our Collective is here to help you.

The changes seem endless- just as we've found our footing the next chapter feels like it begins (sometimes before we are ready).

The transition into menopause can bring hot flashes and night sweats, difficulty sleeping, and emotional changes.

There are many different treatments for the symptoms of menopause. Our Collective has the knowledge and tools to help bring more comfort to this transition.

Nutrition Counseling

Food is much more than just fuel to support physical health. Food is a source of joy, a way to connect, share and honor culture, and a means of self-discovery and growth. Confusion about nutrition recommendations, symptoms that make eating difficult, and feelings of body dissatisfaction all make it more challenging to build supportive eating habits.

Nutrition counseling through our collective is focused on exploring realistic strategies for nourishment without guilt, shame, or all-or-nothing thinking. Whether you are seeking nutrition support for pregnancy or postpartum, managing a chronic medical condition, recovering from disordered eating, or supporting your overall health, nutrition counseling will leave you feeling empowered on your health
and wellness journey.
